Punctuation: apostrophes and quotation marks

Akira says… we've been doing it wrong. The prime symbol (') shouldn't be used to create the possessive nor should the double prime (") be used for quotes.

While this is useful information to know and we freely admit our error, we're still committed to the prime and double-prime, because we think the apostrophe and double quotes look stupid.

" Double prime: " or "
' Prime: '
´ Acute Accent: ´ or ´
Left Double Quote: “ or “
Right Double Quote: ” or ”
Low Double Quote: „ or „
Left Single Quote: ‘ or ‘
Right Single Quote: ’ or ’
» Right Double Guillemets: » or »
« Left Double Guillements: « or «
Right Single Guillement: ›
Left Single Guillement: ‹
